Set Up Security for dspMonitor™

Refer to System Administration for more information regarding these steps.

To set up security for dspMonitor™ an Administrator:

  1. Creates User Accounts
  2. Creates Security Roles
  3. Assigns Users to Security Role
  4. Assigns WebApp Groups to Security Role

    A user can then:

  5. Register Users to Groups in dspMonitor™.

    NOTE: If the user is to manage reports registered to the group and defines the report-level parameters, set up the user as the Group Owner in dspMonitor™. Refer to Assign Group Owner to a Group for more information.

  6. Configure User Settings, Reports and Filters.
