When to Request a New Product License

Because licenses are tied to a hardware ID, any hardware change can invalidate your current license. If this occurs, DSP will display the warning below and you will have 14 days to contact the BackOffice Associates licensing team to obtain a new license before DSP will no longer be accessible. If you have purchased an IGC™ license, you must obtain a new Cloud Key as well. Contact support (http://support.boaweb.com) when planning updates to hardware.
