File Upload Work List

Use this page to Upload Files for a Plan, Task or Work List Item and Download and View Uploaded Files for Plans, Tasks, and Work List Items.

To access this page:

  1. Click Track > Project in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click Plans for a project.
  3. Click Tasks for a plan.
  4. Click Vertical View for a task.
  5. Click Late Comment.

Field

Description

Add File

Click to add a file to upload.

DESCRIPTION

Displays a description of the uploaded file.

DATE LOADED

Displays the date the file was added to the page.

FILE PATH

Click to upload the file.

FILE DOWNLOAD

Click to download and view the file.

FILE NAME

Displays the name of the file that was uploaded.

NOTE: In a case where files that have the same name are uploaded to a plan, Plan Task, or Work List Item, dspTrack™ assigns each file a unique name behind the scenes to prevent files from being overwritten
