Download and View Uploaded Files for a Plan, Task, or Work List Item

Once files have been uploaded, they can be downloaded and viewed from the File Upload page.

The File Upload page displays:

  • For a plan, all files for that plan and tasks associated with the plan
  • For a task, all files for that task
  • For a Work List Item, all files for that item

To download and view files of any type related to the plan, task, or Work List Item:

  1. Select Project in the Navigation pane and click Plans for a project.

    Or

    Select Project in the Navigation pane, click Plans for a project and click Tasks for a plan

    Or

  2. Click the blue tab in the Quick Panel to access the Work List.
  3. Click Vertical View for a plan, Plan Task, or Work List Item.
  4. Click Attachments.

  5. Click Download a File.

    NOTE: This icon will not display in the FILE DOWNLOAD column until a file has been uploaded.

  6. Make a selection to save or open the file based on browser options.

The file opens when the download is complete.

NOTE: To update the file contents, edit it, save it and upload the updated file. Edits made directly in a downloaded file are not saved in the uploaded file.
