Attachments

To access this page:

1. To access a plan, select Track >Project in the Navigation pane and click Plans for a project

   Or

   To access a Plan Task, select Project in the Navigation pane, click Plans for a project and click Tasks for a plan

   Or

   To access a Work List Item, click the blue tab on the Quick Panel to access the Work List.

2. Click Vertical View for a plan, Plan Task, or Work List Item.
3. Click Attachments.

Field	Description
Add File	Click to add a file to upload.
DESCRIPTION	Displays a description of the uploaded file.
DATE LOADED	Displays the date the file was added to the page.
FILE UPLOAD	Click to upload the file.
FILE DOWNLOAD	Click to download and view the file.
TASK	Displays the Task Name if the attachment was added at the Task level. NOTE: Attachments can be added at the Plan level or Task level. If added at the Task level the Task Name displays on the Attachments page when accessed at the Plan level.
FILE NAME	Displays the name of the file that was uploaded. NOTE: In a case where files that have the same name are uploaded to a plan, Plan Task, or Work List Item, dspTrack™ assigns each file a unique name behind the scenes to prevent files from being overwritten.
