Process Template Connections

Use this page to Set Available Connections at the Process Template Level.

To access this page:

  1. Select Integrate >Categories from Navigation pane.
  2. Click the Processes icon for a category.
  3. Click the Templates icon for a process.
  4. Click the Allowed Connections icon.

Description

Set Default

Click to make the selected connection the default for the process template.

The DEFAULT CONNECTION column displays a check mark.

Only one default connection can be created.

NOTE: This icon is disabled if the process is active.

PROCESS TEMPLATE ID

Displays the name of the process template selected on the Process Templates page for which the connection is set.

CONNECTION ID

Displays the connection name for the target system as configured in Common.

Refer to Establish a Connection to a Target System for more information.

NOTE: If the process template was automatically created when the process was added, this connection is set at the template level.

Atom ID

Displays the name of the atom, the default execution environment where the Process runs (for example, Dev, QA or Prod). .

NOTE: This field only displays if the Process Template is based on an IG Universal Connect Template.

DEFAULT CONNECTION

If enabled, the connection is used by default when posting data for this process template.

The default connection is set  when a user clicks the Set Default icon.
