Rules: Field Complex Rules
Use this page to Assign the Complex Rule to a Target Field and Execution Stage.
- Select dspMigrate in the Navigation pane.
- Select Design in the Context bar.
- Click the Targets icon on the Design page.
- Click the Fields icon for a Target.
- Click the Complex Rules icon for a field.

TARGET FIELD ID |
Displays the name of the selected, active Target field assigned to the Complex rule. |

TARGET COMPLEX FIELD RULE ID |
Displays the Complex rule name to be assigned to the Target field. Click the link to open the Rules: Complex Rule page to view more details about the rule. Complex rules provide information that the Data Services developer uses when writing the rule. When an AutoGen request is processed, a placeholder where Complex rules can be developed is created. Complex rules are added on the Rules: Complex Rules page. Refer to Add a Complex Rule for more information. |

TARGET RULE EXECUTION STAGE ID |
Displays the execution stage for the Target field’s Complex rule. The Execution stage allows Complex rules to be grouped for different execution levels. Execution stages are added on the Rules: Execution Stage page. Refer to Add an Execution Stage for more information. |
