Parameters - IGC

Use this page to Configure IGC™ Parameters in Common. This task is performed when the IGC™ is initially installed. Refer to the BackOffice Associates® Installation and Upgrade Manual for more information.

To access this page, select Common > Configuration > Modules > Parameters – IGC in the Navigation pane.

Field

Description

Test Connection

Click to test the connection to the web service.

NOTE: The fields on this page and the IGC Keys page must be completed with data supplied by BackOffice Licensing. A server Administrator must also have tested the web service connection using a utility delivered with the installation before the Test Connection will run.

Refer to the BackOffice Associates® Installation and Upgrade Manual for more information about obtaining the Cloud Key and running the web service configurator.

NOTE: The connection must be successful to import IGC™ governance elements into dspConduct™.

URL

Displays the URL of the local web service. The value http://localhost/dgex/ is set during installation, but can be updated if needed.

Username

Displays the user name provided by BackOffice Licensing, The user name is required, along with the Cloud Key, to authenticate a DSP® instance to IGC™.

Password

Displays asterisks representing the password provided by BackOffice Licensing, The password is required, along with the Cloud Key, to authenticate a DSP® instance to IGC™.
