Total Hours Saved (by Business Process)

This chart displays the hours saved for the of business processes in a category. When accessed from the Business Process page’s Vertical View the chart displays the hours saved of the selected business process.

The hours saved calculations are based on the user-entered baseline value for number of working hours that it took to complete a business process manually before the process was automated using dspConduct™. Refer to Configure Business Value Parameters for information about setting the baseline hours value.

Click a bar to drill down to the Business Process page for the selected business process.

To access the chart:

  1. Select dspConduct > Business Value Dashboard in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click the bar on the Total Hours Saved (by Category) chart.

OR

  1. Select dspConduct > Design in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click Business Process for a category.
  3. Click Vertical View for a business process.
  4. Click the Business Value Dashboard icon.
