SLA Percent On Time by Role Details
Use this page to view details for the SLA Percent On Time by Role chart.
- Select dspConduct > Design in the Navigation pane.
- Click Vertical View for a category.
- Click Metrics tab.
- Click SLA Role; the details page displays in the child pane.

CATEGORY |
Displays the category on which the chart is based. |

ROLE NAME |
Displays the role name. |
|
PERCENT ON TIME |
For the specific role, displays the percentage of active requests completed on time according to established SLA settings. |
|
TOTAL ROLE COUNT |
Displays the total number of times the specific role occurred in the SLA calculation. |
|
ON TIME ROLE |
For the specific role, displays how many times it completed on time based on SLA. |
