Business Process (Scenario Roles)
Use this page to configure SLA settings at the business process scenario role level.
To access this page:
- Select dspConduct > Design in the Navigation pane
- Click the Business Processes icon.
- Click the Scenarios icon.
- Click Roles SLA.
Field |
Description |
SCENARIO ID |
Displays the scenario in the business process to which this SLA applies. |
ROLE ID |
Displays the role in scenario to which this SLA applies. |
WORK MINUTES |
Displays the number of days that all of the tasks in the role must be executed to meet the SLA. NOTE: Leave blank to default to the values set up at the scenario. Refer to Set up SLA notifications in dspConduct™ for more information. NOTE: When a role is imported from IGC™ and this field is blank in dspConduct™, the value entered in IGC™ is used. If this field already contains a value in dspConduct™, this value is not updated |
WORK HOURS |
Displays the number of hours that all of the tasks in the role must be executed to meet the SLA. NOTE: Leave blank to default to the values set up at the scenario. Refer to Set up SLA notifications in dspConduct™ for more information. NOTE: When a role is imported from IGC™ and this field is blank in dspConduct™, the value entered in IGC™ is used. If this field already contains a value in dspConduct™, this value is not updated |
WORK DAYS |
Displays the number of minutes that all of the tasks in the role must be executed to meet the SLA. NOTE: Leave blank to default to the values set up at the scenario.
