Request (External Role Contacts)

Use this page to Update External Role Contacts.

To access this page:

  1. Select dspCompose > Requests in the Navigation pane.
  2. Locate a request that is based on a template with an External Data role type.
  3. Click Vertical View.
  4. Click the General tab.
  5. Click External Role Contacts.

Field

Description

ROLE ID

Displays name of the role.

CONTACT NAME

Displays name of the external contact involved in the request. This user may or may not be set up as a user in dspCompose™. This name is how the user will be addressed in the workflow email. This user will send an Excel spreadsheet, which is used to enter the data into dspCompose™ for the request.

CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS

Displays email address of the external contact. dspCompose™ will send a spreadsheet to this address for the External Role Contact to complete.

LANGUAGE ID

Displays language used for external contact workflow emails. Language-specific messages are added on the Workflow Message page and the Workflow Language Message page.
