Collect
The table download process can be monitored to see which individual tasks have completed for the download.
NOTE: To receive a workflow email that a table download has failed in Collect, a user must be assigned to a security role that has the Collect WebApp group WorkFlowFailureAll or WorkFlowFaiureByTargetAccess assigned. Refer to Set Security in System Administration for more information.
To monitor the table download process:
- Click Tables in the Navigation pane.
- Build the download package for the table by either clicking Build and Refresh or Build Package on the Page toolbar.
- Click Vertical View for the table.
- Click General Information tab.
- Click View Job Tasks.
