Position User

Use this page to configure users in a position.

To access this page:

  1. Select dspConduct >Security in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click the Users icon for a position.

Description

Include

Click to include one or more users selected on the page in the position.

Remove

Click to remove one or more users selected on the page from the position.

Assign Calendar

Click to open the User Management page in Common to assign a calendar to the selected user.

USER ID

Displays the user ID.

CALENDAR ID

Displays the calendar to which the user is assigned.

NOTE: All users in the position must have the calendar specified at the Position level. Calendars are maintained and users are assigned to calendars in Common. Refer to Use a Calendar for more information.

INCLUDED

If enabled, the user is included in the position.

If disabled, the user is not included in the position.
