Workflow Message Summary H
Use this page to Create Custom Workflow Messages.
To access this page:
- Select dspMigrate
in the Navigation pane, or select
- Select Advanced Configuration > Workflow Message Summary in the Navigation pane.

Description |

WORKFLOW NAME |
Displays the name of workflow to be processed. |
|
MESSAGE TYPE ID |
Displays the message type to send the workflow or notification. |
|
NEXT RUN TIME |
Displays the date and time the workflow will run next. |
|
Users |
Click to open the Workflow Message Summary User page to add and delete users receiving the workflow. |
|
Views |
Click to open the Workflow Summary Views page to add, edit and delete the views that will be in the workflow. |
|
Process |
Click to process the workflow immediately. This will not impact the next run time. |

Workflow Name |
Displays the name of workflow to be processed. |

Message Type ID |
Displays the message type to send the workflow or notification. |

Schedule ID |
Displays the schedule defined to run the workflow. These schedules are defined in Common. |

Workflow Body Template |
Displays a template of the body of the email to be sent. The user’s name is substituted at runtime. |

Workflow Header Color |
Displays the header color for columns. |
|
Workflow Row Color |
Displays the row color for data. |
