Plan User Registration

  1. Click Track > Project in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click Plans for a project.
  3. Click Vertical View.
  4. Click Security tab.
  5. Click Register Unregistered Users.

Description

Add Selected Users to System

Click to register the selected user in the platform and create a user account. Multiple users may also be selected, and dspTrack™ will create an account for each of these users after this icon is clicked.

USER ID

Displays the user ID of the user who was imported into dspTrack™ but who does not have an account in the platform. When the user is registered in the platform, this user ID will become the user ID for this user’s account in the platform.

NAME

Displays the user name associated with the user ID who was imported into dspTrack™ but who does not have an account in the platform.

EMAIL ADDRESS

Displays the email address associated with the user ID who was imported into dspTrack™ but who does not have an account in the platform.

NOTE: If this information was not imported, it must be added on this page, as a user account cannot be created in the platform without an email address.
