External Data Email Accounts
Use this page to Set up an External Data Email Account.
To access this page, select dspCompose > Configuration > External Data Email Accounts in the Navigation pane.

HOST |
Displays the POP3 host name for the external email account. |

USERNAME |
Displays email address for the external email account. |

Displays encrypted password to the external email account. |

USE SSL |
If enabled, standard security technology is used when sending and receiving emails. |

PORT |
Displays port on the email server used for sending and receiving emails. |
|
ATTACHMENT FOLDER PATH |
Displays path of folder where attachments from emails (which are Excel files that contain request data) are stored. |

Test Connection |
Click to test the connectivity to the email server. |
