View All Reports Across Process Areas and Waves

Users have the ability to see all the reports that they are assigned to across Process Areas and/or Waves.

To view all reports across Process Areas and Waves in Transform, select My Reports > All Business Reports (All Wave/Process Areas) in the Navigation pane.

The All Business Reports – All Wave/Process Areas page displays all reports across all Wave Process Area contexts to which a user is assigned. The following pages display:

  • The All Business Reports – All Wave/Process Areas page displays all reports the user is assigned to.
  • The page in the child pane is initially labeled No data available until the View Report icon is clicked for a selected report. Once the View Report icon is clicked, this page displays the contents of the report and is given the title All Business Reports – All Wave/Process Areas. This child pane will also display a chart of records returned for each run over time if the History icon on the All Business Reports – All Wave/Process Areas page is clicked.

NOTE: If the View Report icon is disabled, click the Access Report icon to activate it. Clicking the Access Report icon assigns the current date and time to the GENERATED field. The PUBLISHED date and time must precede the GENERATED date and time in order for the report content to be viewed.

NOTE: A user cannot see the report in the delivery pages unless it is assigned to that user. Refer to Assign a User to a Report for more information.

NOTE: A user cannot see the contents of a report if it is a sensitive report and all access has not been granted to the user. In this case, the View Report and Download a file icons will be disabled. The View Report and Download a file icons are in sync with each other. When one is disabled the other is disabled.

NOTE: Once the View Report button is clicked, the results that appear in the child pane will contain the records from the most recent report generation.
