User Position

To access this page:

  1. Select dspConduct > Configuration > User Settings in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click the Positions icon.

Field

Description

Include

Click to include one or more positions selected on the page for the user.

Remove

Click to remove one or more positions selected on the page from the user.

Assign Calendar

Click to open the User Management page in Common to assign a calendar to the selected user.

POSITION ID

Displays the position ID.

CALENDAR ID

Displays the calendar to which the user is assigned.

NOTE: All users in the position must have the calendar specified at the Position level. Calendars are maintained and users are assigned to calendars in Common. Refer to Use a Calendar for more information.

INCLUDED

If enabled, the user is included in the position.

If disabled, the user is not included in the position.
