IGC Keys

Use this page to Configure IGC™ connection settings in Common. This task is performed when the IGC™ is initially installed. Refer to the BackOffice Associates® Installation and Upgrade Manual for more information.

To access this page:

  1. Select Common > Configuration > Modules > Parameters – IGC in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click the Keys icon.

Description

INSTANCE NAME

Displays a descriptive name of the DSP® instance associated with the hardware ID supplied by BackOffice support. When multiple web servers are required in the case of load balancing, each server will have a different Hardware ID. The instance name is a descriptive name of the web server so it can be easily located and changed if the hardware ID is updated.

HARDWARE ID

Displays the unique ID associated with web server on which DSP® is installed.
